About

In this 12-day mindset challenge, we will ease you into a routine and help you reap all of the benefits of self determination. Each day we will focus on an aspect that connects our mind to our body to help you develop a practice that works for you. Creating a routing takes time and is not so easy, so let's start slow. Each day we will practice gratitude and be intentional about what we bring or attract into our space, what we put in our bodies and the words that come from our mouths.
